General Dermatology Patients: SEREN is a primarily cash-based practice focused on personalized, high-quality dermatologic care. Dr. González and Dr. Santiago accept select insurance plans, including Medicare Part B, Humana Gold, Triple S Advantage, MCS Classicare, MMM/Mi Salud (Vital), First Medical GHP (Vital), Plan de Salud Menonita (Vital), and PSG (Vital). Dr. Rivera does not participate with insurance plans.

Payment is due at the time of service. Reimbursement forms are available for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. A valid Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card is required and securely maintained on file for all patients receiving services at SEREN.
