1. In-Store Pick-Up:
- Location: You may pick up your skincare products directly from our clinic, located at FD Roosevelt
- Hours: Pick-up is available during our clinic hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
- Same-Day Pick-Up Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are eligible for same-day pick-up. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be available for pick-up the following business day.
- Confirmation: Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification via email or text message confirming it is available for pick-up.
- Identification: Please bring a valid ID and order confirmation when picking up your items.
2. Domestic Shipping:
- Processing Time and Cut-Off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) on business days will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Shipping Options: Delivery times may vary based on the selected method and location.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email as soon as your order ships, allowing you to monitor its status in real time.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery location.
3. Delivery Times & Delays:
- Estimated Times: Standard shipping typically arrives within 5-7 business days.
- Weather & Carrier Delays: SEREN Cosmetic Dermatology is not responsible for delays due to adverse weather conditions or carrier-related issues, but we will assist in tracking and resolving these matters if they occur.
4. International Shipping:
- Availability: Currently, SEREN Cosmetic Dermatology offers shipping within the United States and Puerto Rico.
- Customs & Duties: For international orders, additional customs, duties, or taxes may apply based on local regulations, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
5. Shipping Policy for Temperature-Sensitive Products:
- Protective Packaging: Temperature-sensitive items are shipped with necessary insulation to ensure product quality.
- Delivery Timing: To avoid prolonged exposure, some products may be shipped early in the week to prevent weekend delays. Please select an address where someone will be available to receive the shipment promptly.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- Claims Process: For lost or damaged shipments, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your tracking information. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
- Refunds or Replacements: Once the carrier has completed the claim process, we will issue a refund or replacement if applicable.
